2. Ancillary & Service Fees

Late Registration $38 For registering after the regular deadline but before the late cutoff.
Change Test Center $34 Changes location only. To change the date, you must cancel and re-register.
Standard Cancellation $34 If cancelled before the regular change deadline.
Late Cancellation $44 If cancelled after deadline but by Thursday (11:59 p.m. ET) before test.
Additional Score Report $15 Per report (First 4 are free if sent within 9 days of test).

3. Fee Waivers & Financial Support

U.S. Students: Low-income 11th/12th graders can receive waivers for 2 free tests and unlimited score reports.

International Students: Generally not eligible for standard fee waivers.

🇮🇳 India Exception: 90% Discount

Through the College Board India Scholars Program, students in India with annual family income below ₹8 Lakhs may qualify for a 90% discount on registration fees.

⚠️ Critical Requirements

  • Device: You must use a personal laptop/tablet (Windows/Mac/iPad) OR request a Loaner Device from College Board at least 30 days before the test.
  • Photo ID: A valid photo ID is mandatory. For international students, a Valid Passport is highly recommended.
